Holly D. Dorna, MA, LPCC, is President/CEO of PsychTemps, Inc. She is a licensed mental health professional with over 30 years of clinical, marketing, and management experience in the behavioral healthcare and human service fields.
|
| From 1975 to 1994, she served successfully as Executive Director for three diverse mental health organizations – two nonprofit and one for-profit – giving Ms. Dorna significant experience in both public and private industry sectors. She is proficient in managed care practices, having secured and administered capitated contracts for behavioral health services in the early days of managed care, from 1988 to 1994. Hiring the staff for these diverse organizations gave Ms. Dorna an understanding of the credentials and expertise needed to succeed in most behavioral healthcare jobs.
Ms. Dorna incorporated PsychTemps in 1995, because she recognized that mental health and chemical dependency organizations would need more flexible workforces to survive in the future.
Under Ms. Dorna’s guidance, PsychTemps has helped hundreds of organizations make strategic hiring decisions to help them stay viable and competitive in today’s marketplace.
